Hello everybody
I am pleased to attach news of two forthcoming events at the Fairlight Players, which I hope you will want to support.
As you probably know, between 10th and 12th November, we will be presenting George Bernard Shaw’s classic comedy, Pygmalion. Rehearsals are still in the early stages but are going very well, and I think I can promise you a cracking evening’s entertainment. Please put the dates in your diary, and we will let you know when tickets go on sale, early in October.
In the meantime, join us if you can on Wednesday 5th October for an Open Evening, when you will have a chance to see a little of what goes on behind the scenes at a Fairlight Players production. We hope, through this event, to add to our list of active members to fill those vital jobs that bring a production to life. And maybe we will encourage one or two more to tread the boards – who knows?
With that in mind, please tell your friends and encourage them to come along.
In order to make a success of this event, we have printed a quantity of leaflets for distribution around the local area.
