You will have noticed a yellow form sent out with the recent magazine.
Along with your annual subscription of £8, this form should be completed and returned to the FRA.
The UK’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) stipulates that personal data (ie name, address, email, telephone) cannot be held for marketing purposes (eg receipt of the magazine) without explicit consent.
Without a signed form we cannot hold your data, therefore, it is important that you complete this form if you wish to be a member.
If you have lost the form a new one is attached below. If you have not already completed this, please do so and either email back to this email address, or drop off at one of the addresses on the form.
