This is a reminder that the below AGM is to be held on Wednesday 20 May, 7pm at the Village Hall.
Although this is a formal requirement to hold an AGM and therefore can be rather dry, it is important people attend and we make the necessary numbers to hold the votes. Therefore I request that, if possible, you add this to your diary.
The meeting will be short and a drink is available beforehand.

Notice is hereby given, that for the following purposes, Fairlight Residents’ Association 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held at,
Fairlight Village Hall on Wednesday 20th May 2026 at 7.00 pm:
1. To receive the accounts for the year ended 2025
2. To agree the amendments to the Constitution and Rules
3. To elect Committee Members and Officers
