Hello Fairlight Residents,
I am writing this message to express my gratitude to all of you who have joined our group. I am pleased to announce that we now have over 230 members and are continuing to grow. This week, we had a positive meeting with the Hill Surgery team, and I’m delighted to say that we’re finally making some progress and being heard.
Hill Surgery has asked us to communicate with them through their PPG group, but it has been difficult because they only have one person who is responsible for everything, and nobody else wants to be a part of it. It’s frustrating because we are a proper group with a constitution, and we only want to help patients. However, we are determined to drive improvements, and we hope things will change soon.
I am excited to announce that we have launched a website, hsag.org.uk, which provides more information about our group, including our objectives, officers, and minutes from our meetings. The site is designed to allow you to communicate directly and efficiently with the HSAG team. If you want to become a member or have already applied, please fill out the form on the site to make communication even easier for us. We will use your details only to communicate HSAG information and won’t share them with any third-party entities.
We have provided direct email options on the site. We value your feedback, questions, and suggestions to help us improve Hill Surgery’s service levels. We can’t get involved in specific patient details, but we will raise any items as ‘general’ concerns.
In conclusion, please visit our site and use the direct email options. We need your feedback and suggestions to help us make a difference. Lastly, thank you for your support, and please share the website details with anyone you think would find it helpful.
Sincerely,
Maxine, Vice Chair, HSAG
Fernbank, Shepherds Way.
