LADIES WHO LUNCH:
A POTTED HISTORY

The club was started in 1968 by a very small group of ladies from the Battle Area with the aim of raising money for the British Empire Cancer Campaign, who changed their name in 1970 to Cancer Research. We now donate to St. Michael’s Hospice to support the amazing work they do.  Over the years, Ladies Who Lunch have raised £65,504.40, and we are still going.

Our aim is to continue raising money for our local branch of St. Michael’s Hospice while enjoying good food and a friendly chat.
We have ladies who join us from Fairlight, Cooden, Bexhill and St. Leonard’s and we’re always happy to welcome new members.
