New Government Planning Policies

Dear Resident,

I note that within the last few days there has been a major revision of the government’s National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and I attach a copy. I have not had time to analyse the changes, but they appear directed towards achieving the government’s stated policy of building more houses.
