Please join us THIS SATURDAY AT 2PM, Pett Methodist Church for an incredibly interesting talk about Fred and Zoe Vahey, an amazing couple who moved to Pett in 1938. There is also a sale of artwork with local interest and by talented local artists past and present (we will accept plastic and cash!). Naturally, home-made cake and refreshments will keep you energised. Where else can you spend such an informative and social two hours on a Saturday afternoon?
We are asking for £5 from non-members, but why not support what we are trying to do: build a local archive for the area that everyone can access and use. Fifteen pounds a year helps enormously with our overheads and it frees our time so we can put our efforts into building the ARC and website.
Parking is free at the Pett Village Hall (but be mindful there may be other people using the Village Hall during that period). The talk will start around 2:30 hopefully.
We look forward to seeing you.
