Land management on Firehills next week

Heather and grassland management at the Firehills

A tractor with a cut and collect flail will be cutting the young gorse on the Firehills from the 2^nd of April until the 5^th of April.  This is part of the on-going management of the cliff top grassland and heather habitat on the Site of Special Scientific Interest at Hastings Country Park Nature Reserve
